Last Updated: July 4, 2026
This Chargeback Policy explains how ReceivablesToRunway.com handles payment disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized transaction claims, refund disputes, and related billing issues.
Receivables to Runway™ is operated by Kaw Valley Digital, LLC d/b/a Kaw Valley Financial.
Please Contact Us First
If you believe there is a billing error, duplicate charge, failed download, missing file, unauthorized transaction, or other issue with your purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback when possible.
Most problems can be resolved faster by contacting us directly than by opening a dispute with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Digital Product Access Issues
ReceivablesToRunway.com sells digital products, including guides, workbooks, spreadsheets, templates, downloads, and related educational materials.
If you purchased a digital product and did not receive access, could not download the file, received the wrong file, or experienced a technical problem, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may resend the download link, provide access instructions, correct the file delivery issue, or review the matter under our Refund Policy.
Refund Requests
Before filing a chargeback because you are unhappy with a purchase, please review our Refund Policy and contact us directly.
A chargeback is not the same as a refund request. A refund request allows us to review the issue directly. A chargeback starts a formal dispute process through the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside our stated Refund Policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your bank, credit card company, or payment provider immediately. You may also notify us so we can review the order, delivery activity, and account information associated with the purchase.
We take unauthorized transaction claims seriously. If we determine that a purchase appears fraudulent or unauthorized, we may cancel access, block downloads, refund the transaction when appropriate, and cooperate with the relevant payment provider.
Disputed Charges and Evidence
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed, we may provide evidence to the payment processor, card network, bank, or dispute administrator.
That evidence may include:
Order records.
Checkout details.
Product description and pricing shown at purchase.
Refund Policy and Terms of Use in effect at the time of purchase.
Download or access records.
Email delivery records.
Customer communications.
IP address, device, browser, or transaction metadata where available.
Proof that the product or access was delivered.
We may contest chargebacks that appear to be incorrect, abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our records, our Refund Policy, or the terms agreed to at checkout.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible.
If our records confirm a duplicate charge or billing error, we will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue, which may include issuing a refund for the incorrect charge.
Chargebacks After Product Delivery
Because our products are digital, access may be delivered immediately after purchase.
If a customer downloads, accesses, or receives the digital product and then files a chargeback without first contacting us, we may submit evidence showing that the product was delivered.
Filing a chargeback after receiving and using a digital product may be treated as a disputed payment rather than a product access issue.
Account and Access Restrictions
If a chargeback is filed, we may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the disputed product, related downloads, customer portal access, bonuses, future updates, or related services while the dispute is pending.
If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, access may remain suspended unless we choose to restore it.
If repeated, abusive, or fraudulent disputes occur, we may refuse future orders.
No Waiver of Legal Rights
Nothing in this Chargeback Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, card network rules, payment provider rules, or consumer protection regulations.
This policy explains how we handle disputes from our side. It does not prevent you from contacting your bank, credit card company, payment provider, or appropriate consumer protection authority when you believe you have a valid dispute.
